Electrolytic Treatments

Tinned: Metallic coating tin, made by electrolytic bath. It can be applied on steel parts, brass and copper. serves to increase the oxidation resistance, corrosion or , improve weldability, and to improve its visual appearance.

Nickel: Metallic coating nickel, made by electrolytic bath. It can be applied on steel parts, brass and copper. serves to increase the oxidation resistance, corrosion or , improve weldability, and to improve its appearance.

Silver: Silver metallic coating, made by electrolytic bath. It can be applied on steel parts, brass and copper. Commonly used to enhance the electrical or thermal properties of the parts.

KTL: Cataforesis: Dip coating process. This treatment allows the painted in inaccessible areas of the piece. Great anti-corrosive protection. Also used as a basis for subsequent application of paint coatings.

Anodized: Electrolytic process to generate a layer of artificial protection protective aluminum oxide known as alumina. Provides greater strength and durability of aluminum.
