The common trend for many companies nowadays is to increasingly outsource production processes. Nevertheless, at JOM we are convinced that the fact of having a highly-prepared section for the making of dies gives us a significant advantage over our competitors, and enables us to give added value to our service.
Our clients know we have got the necessary human and technological resources to provide a solution to all of their needs without having to turn to third parties. This is possible due to the fact that we have our own technical department and our in-house section of highly-equipped die construction devices: sinker and wire electric discharge machining, CNC machining centre, etc.
We make all types of dies for progressive and stage-stamping, so as then to be able to carry out the manufacturing at our facilities. All the dies are identified and recorded in our databases, where the necessary adjustments are set out for them to work properly.
