JOM is a company from the metallurgical sector, with a track record of over 30 years in the market, whose business is covering the sub-contracting and supply needs of all types of metal parts.

The company’s main business is based on cold metal stamping and the technical transformation processes for sheet metal by means of different manufacturing processes depending on the product requirements (laser cutting, blanking, piercing, bending and all types of welding).

At present, JOM provides its services to companies in the following sectors:

JOM holds the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO TS: 16949:2002 quality certificates.

At JOM we try to give added value to the service we provide, offering the client an overall solution to its needs. In this respect, the company’s philosophy is based on the insourcing of all of the direct production processes that are involved in the manufacturing of our articles. In this way, we do not depend on third parties, we acquire experience and we do not make our services more costly.

At JOM, we design, plan and make our production means (threading dies, gear, etc.)

The company’s production department is made up of 4 sections:

1. Die-Making Section
2. Die-Stamping Section
3. Industrial Sheet Metal Working Section
4. Assembly Section
   

One of the main goals at JOM is becoming a close partner of our clients, not only supplying the product on time, but also placing our know-how, acquired over the course of more than 30 years, at their disposal and, at the same time, working together in the design, development and trials necessary in order to guarantee success in the future industrialisation of the production process.

All of our Company’s activities must be governed as a result of BEING AIMED AT THE CLIENT’S SATISFACTION.
The measuring of the quality of the processes and products is the basis for the assessment of this. The measurement, classification and improvement of the company’s performance is analysed by the Management for decision-making.”
